Shipping & Stockists

All local orders are currently shipped via standard delivery at a flat rate of $5. For CNY peak-season, delivery will be at $8.

To maintain freshness, we pack your tea on the spot once order is placed. Standard delivery will take estimated 3-4 working days after packing and scheduling your items for delivery.

If you do not receive your order within the stipulated delivery time, email us and we'll respond to you as soon as possible.

We are currently unable to fulfil international orders. 

We are not able to provide self-collection. Please visit our stockists below should you wish to purchase our tea.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our teas and hygiene issues, we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges.

In the event that you have received a wrong item, please email us at hello@kkhteacollective.com with your order information and we will proceed to make arrangements for your exchange.

The item must be returned in its original condition with seals in tact.

We are unable to accept any item that has been tampered with.

Product Info

We aim to pack most of our teas fresh on the spot upon order placement. However, we recommend all teas to be best consumed within a year of purchase.

Please store your tea in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight to extend its shelf life.
